My name is Jayleana Barton, but most people know me as Jay. I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, where I developed a love for all things creative—especially drawing. I specialize in illustration, typography, page layout, and brand identity, and I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life through design. After graduating from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication and Design, I began my journey in the design world, working both in agencies and as a freelancer.

In addition to my design work, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with aspiring designers, helping them build the skills they need to succeed in the industry. When I’m not working on a project or teaching, you’ll find me baking, spending time with my cats, going to concerts, or exploring the outdoors. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m always looking for new ways to connect, create, and inspire.
